Free Repair Policy

We offer free repairs on Sunlit Supply products that experience normal wear and tear from intended use. If your gear needs a fix, we’ll do our best to repair it using salvaged materials from the original product whenever possible. Sometimes, replacement parts may be a slightly different color, but our goal is to restore full functionality, saving you money and unnecessary waste.

What qualifies for a free repair?
✅ Normal wear and tear from regular use
✅ Stitching issues, minor fabric tears, or hardware malfunctions
✅ Issues that impact functionality but can reasonably be repaired

What doesn’t qualify?
❌ Damage from misuse (e.g., using the product for unintended purposes)
❌ Extreme modifications or alterations made after purchase
❌ Lost or stolen items

What if we can’t repair it?
If we determine that a repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace your item at no cost—because we believe in keeping good gear in use.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all included accessories and packaging

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Request a Repair, Return, or Refund

  2. For returns or refunds: Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
